Our Mission
Red Dog Farm Animal Rescue Network is a North Carolina 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation formed on August 23, 2006 to rescue and rehabilitate neglected, abused or otherwise unwanted animals in and around Guilford County, with a particular focus on domestic farm animals.
If you would like to help in this effort, by making a tax-deductible donation, by fostering or adopting an animal, or by volunteering your time, please let us know. Please help us help the “four-leggeds” of our community with paws, claws, hooves – together we can make a difference!

Adopting an Animal
Thank you for considering adoption! We are always swamped with animals in need who are looking for their forever homes. We take in animals as quickly as we have open foster homes for them, so we bring in new animals on a daily basis. Whether you are looking for a dog, cat, horse, domestic farm animal or an exotic animal…we have a friend for you.
If you are interested in adopting, please start by filling out an adoption application on the top of the page containing that animal. Once we have received your application, one of our application screeners will follow up with you to discuss the animal and put you in contact with foster parents, arrange meet and greets, etc.
All of the animals in our program have received a veterinary exam, appropriate vaccines and medical testing, and castration surgery based on species. If you are unable to adopt but would like to sponsor one of our adoptable animals, please visit our “Sponsor an Animal” page.
