Our Care Coordinator will be a forward-facing position, interacting directly with our clients and our veterinary partners. Through phone calls, emails, and digital messaging channels you will be a voice of comfort and information during a really difficult time.
The Care Coordinator will also be responsible for managing our digital tracking system, making sure that other team members have the information necessary to provide our careful and thoughtful care for their companions. You’ll interact with our digital tools (Airtable, Digital VOIP, Trello, and mapping solutions) to make sure that we continue to maintain our reputation for exceptional client care.
