We are looking for talented folks that are responsible and have a heart full of care for pets, veterinary staff, and pet owners. This position may be remote, or could be based at our locations.

Client Care Coordinator

Our Care Coordinator will be a forward-facing position, interacting directly with our clients and our veterinary partners. Through phone calls, emails, and digital messaging channels you will be a voice of comfort and information during a really difficult time.

The Care Coordinator will also be responsible for managing our digital tracking system, making sure that other team members have the information necessary to provide our careful and thoughtful care for their companions. You’ll interact with our digital tools (Airtable, Digital VOIP, Trello, and mapping solutions) to make sure that we continue to maintain our reputation for exceptional client care.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must love dogs, cats, and all the pets that fill our lives with companionship

  • Proficiency with mobile devices and mobile tools

  • If working remotely, reliable high-speed internet access

  • Be able to lift 50 pounds

  • Clean background check

  • High school degree or equivalent

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Team player within team environment

  • Exceptional customer service

  • Strong ability to multi-task
