Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. Damaged merchandise must be reported to Compan within 48 hours upon receipt of package(s). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact a Companah employee and we will assist you with the return process. No restocking fees apply.
Items purchased from Companah can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Items that cannot be returned / refunded:
– Any item that has been personalized.
– Jewelry that has been filled.
– Items that have been damaged or tampered with by the customer.
– Expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless a shipping error occurs on our behalf.
