- arrange a time to pick up your companion at your home or at a veterinary clinic of your choosing
- assign a unique identifier that follows your pet from start to finish and is checked and re-checked multiple times, beginning at pick-up, ending upon return to you
- respectfully employ pet stretchers and blankets as we transport your pet
- provide a gentle and environmentally responsible water cremation in a individual compartment
- prepare the remains of your companion for return in a biodegradable urn, scattering pouch or in an urn of your choosing
